The Neuroptics are technically the eyes of a Warframe, our Warframe does not have physical eyes (no, the little lights on the helmet are not eyes) So why should they be yes or yes in the head? Big gap/hole in the middle, all the wires and junk around the sides. The real question though, is she should be pretty tanky, because even though Grineer etc don't have the best aim, their attempts at headshots have to be even less accurate now, right? Also, what happens if like... I mean... Warframes, with small heads... Will their heads, fit into Dagath? If you are in a squad with Dageth, you can have two Warframes either side of her... and just see each other through the middle space. What will that look like? If you shoot through her head, is it stopped? Or does it go through and hit enemies? What if you get a Crit Bonus when you shoot through her head? Her clothes look similar to a hunter and she has a "trick" weapon that is able to transform. And the sword-whip design reminds me of the Saw Cleaver.
