Would it do zero damage or actually heal the enemy? Guest Posted November 14, 2016 Share Posted November 14, 2016 I had Stinger which gave: +cold damage, +impact damage (doesn't have any IPS damage...), +zoom and -puncture (again no IPS), technically, only the cold damage was useful... Wolfdoggie Posted November 14, 2016 Share Posted November 14, 2016 I hate my Laser Rifle mod and feel shafted beyond all comprehension. At least a mod for a good weapon but bad stats can be rerolled and become useful... it doesn't even work on Prime version and the weapon's status chance is 2% and such little base damage that the mod doesn't even dent it.
