Plains of Eidolon Remaster: Hotfix 24.7.3

General Additions:

  • The Ventkids Clubhouse Scene that slipped through the Mainline cracks has been added to the Ventkids Offerings! 

Changes:

  • A Clan Dojo Map Legend can now be accessed by pressing the \ key when viewing the Map (can be changed under ‘Customize Key Bindings’)!
  • Removed unreleased Ephemera from being Chat linkable...shhhhh. 
  • Tweaks to bring Limbo’s Rift FX to a happy medium between different levels of environment exposure. 

Fixes:

  • Fixed bugs caused by prototype code that could corrupt input bindings and break menu input as described here: https://forums.warframe.com/topic/1081881-mouse-buttons-isnt-working-after-resetting-to-default-keybinding/ 
  • Fixed a script error that could result in a Defense mission progression stopper.
  • Fixed a script error in timed Nightmare missions. 
  • Fixed Submersible enemies not spawning in the Grineer Sealab tileset due to a script error.
  • Fixed inability to damage the Juggernaut with Hildryn’s Balefire. 
  • Fixed dying as Operator while using Guardian Shell causing players to be unable to Transfer back to Operator.
  • Further fixes towards Assassin type enemies (Wolf of Saturn Six, Stalker, Syndicate, etc) choosing to appear as you’re extracting.
  • Fixed having no Shields in Archwing if Inaros or Nidus are equipped.
  • Fixed doing a double Melee slam attack when Dual Wielding with a Glaive.
  • Fixed perpetually spinning when Dual Wielding with a Glaive. 
  • Fixed the Synth Mod Set Bonus resulting in your weapon reload stopping and Synth icon stuck for a Client players after Operator mode.
  • Fixed Clients being able to hear switching sounds for the Stradavar.
  • Fixed a script error that occurred when an objective was triggered.
  • Fixed the player Notes positioning not matching if Menu Scale is not 100%.

What about the Deck 12 Scene though 😞 .

Fae'nk you for the hotfix! Eidolon Ephemera is still chat linkable 😅.

EDIT because K-Drive is actually broken:

The Bug: Doing a single trick combo counts as "Maxed" on your K-Drive in mission despite it staying "Unranked" in the top right of your UI. Progress and Affinity is not saved at all.

Sound feedback:
* Too many menu sounds, please provide a way to disable these or change their volume
* Ambient ship + dojo sounds need a separate volume setting (currently controlled by sound effects)
* Message beep volume should have a separate setting (currently controlled by sound effects)
  
Other issues that have carried over from the older versions:

* Unbounded overlay map is very intrusive and needs a review (or a 3rd option)

* Kuva placement and visibility problems on infested tiles

* Gara's Splinter Storm should not break corpus windows when you run past
* Switching to/from operator with a high ping takes several seconds, e.g. 500ms ping takes 5s to switch sometimes
* Operator void dash frequently results in out of bounds and position reset, especially if you dash over water or over gaps in the map
* Energizing Dash does not work if you land running - I frequently need to walk backwards to trigger it

QoL improvements:
* Range for melee weapons should be listed in game. I'd be content with listing the base range so we can compare similar items, e.g. Orthos Prime vs other polearms. 
* Relic enrichment interface is awkward when enriching 10+ - click relic, click radiant, click ok, refresh screen, repeat. This should allow multiple, or at least not reset selection
* A "Hide Mastered" filter in arsenal+market would make it easier for new players to see what they need to work on still
* Nightwave cred offerings should hide blueprints for cosmetics you have when you select Hide Owned

how about some more fixes?

#1 Fix auto switching when you are mining and use melee, it doesn't go back to mining tool, annoying pain the the ***

#2 Loki invisibility bugs out after going invisible then switching to operator, thus making you visible for the remainder of the duration (smart move)

Turns out to not to only effect loki but most invisible abilities, octiva Metronome where you squat to become invisible also bugs out when you go into operator mode
unsure about ivara but I'm gonna assume any invisibility is borked in a simular method

#3 Quick melee when? no seriously. quick melee WHEN, not everyone likes the fru-fru BS stick dancing, swing weapon kill enemy simple and sweet. not this stuttering movement ****.

#4 Joining an unstable host leaving you without mods on gear, has happened twice

4 times now, twice on the open world once on survival and anouther on exterminate

#5 Cetus Dargyn's able to target invisible tenno, hushed invisibility on loki, not attacking just using invisibility and running about they still actively target the player as if you're not invisible at all
(very smart move)

#6 If host is in extraction on cetus or vallis DO NOT allow more players to friggin join the squad, the hell is wrong with ya'll logic on this.
if you're trying to leave the last thing ya need os more people joining, it's a ****move for them to join then either host migration/fail and have to go through the whole thing again or be forced to extract once they load (knock-it off and fix)

joining sessions mid load that are full resulting in getting kicked out (why does this not just default you into starting up your own session as host?)

vallis bounties that have you going into the base (spy) to hack data without getting caught bug out into a softlock after multiple runs of the same bounty without leaving vallis
(does do not open after being hacked, and even going the roundabout way through vents and hacking the data terminal doesn't progress the mission)

needs more fixing with these fixes.

is that mean they will appear as we extract, or will not appear at all if the mission task finished and we are on way to extract ?
