Soo, I bought the Necramech, was tired of grinding, but, can't use it?

Items blocked by level or quest cannot appear in the store, buy a necramech or railjack and realize that you cannot use it has the feeling of stolen money

Absolutely. This is completely fair. 

It was probably an oversight, and it needs to be brought to their attention.

strange, I guess DE didn't think about newer players when they added Necramechs to the market, since the main audience was for people who didn't want to do the Iso-Vault grind, but who obviously had made it that far in the game, with all Operator modes and gear etc. 

they are worth it once you get around to it though. it shouldn't take you long to reach Deimos, and the quest is easy as pie. think of it as an investment that has just saved you from an entire grind that many had no choice but to go through.

DE doesn't playtest. At least not at the level they should be. We are warframe's secret weapon, we playtest stuff for DE, then they release bazillion hotfixes to try fixing what's wrong.

They make stuff and release them to the wild. That's why this game have so many oversights -or awful contents for that matter, because the 15 DE staff who tested them just couldn't find anything wrong.

Putting open worlds in the early planets was a mistake as well. Everything in open worlds is lategame content for players who have built some power (and a lot of oxium). We probably should've started at Sedna and moved backwards, tbh.

No it's not fine. 

There is nothing fine about not being able to use something you paid platinum for without doing extra stuff first. It doesn't matter if there is an explanation or not. You straight should not be able to buy with platinum something that the game will not let you immediately use. 

Platinum for pay to skip is an integral part of the F2P business model. 

Please don't be silly.

Hm yea I agree that you shouldn't be able to buy things if you cannot use them. You don't know how long you will play the game, if you cannot use the thing you paid for and you decide to stop playing before you can this is just money gone with no return on your investment.

At minimum there should be a big warning stating the requirements before purchase so that a person has an idea of what he/she's getting into.

Necramech use requires the player to have completed the quest "The War Within". It's not even spoiling anything. 

Better would be if the market would show the Necramech for purchase but have it greyed out with a message that you're required to complete the quest "The War Within" to be able to purchase.

Well that's pushing it. When you're at the point where you can actually use it you should be able to buy it. Necramechs are a fair grind to be able to build and hard for new players.

All you have to do to gain access to Deimos and the quest to unlock Entrati is clear the Earth -> Mars Junction

We have other locked nodes like Ropalolyst. Sure, you can reach Jupiter early in your progress... but you can't play the Ropalolyst node until you finish certain quests.

Agreed but the only Lock for Deimos is the junction to get the quest. Similar to how easy it is to unlock POE and Orb Vallis.

The only thing is until you complete war within you cant go talk to Loid in the back room.
