TARINunit9
Running up and down Eris, I can't even get 20 enemies to SPAWN in time for this achievement. The most I could get on the map at once was 12, and new enemies do NOT spawn close enough for me to get the Nightwave Anyone know a mission where 20 enemies can spawn? Keiyadan
well i would say try eso /so and kill 20 enemys there but i saw the last time the task as not that hard to do
GenocidalTunaCan
Survival. Get a nuke frame or any frame that can deal a lot of damage with 1 ability really, let them pile up on you. You might die but a tiny bit of affinity is worth imo. When you are sure there is 20+, just kill them. Weapons that deal AOE damage can also do this. Or just get Galatine, that also works if you get them to pile up. Preferably low level so that they are easier to kill. Infested survival is the best option because of their squishyness and high spawn-rate.
Mieo_Mio
By sheer numbers go with a Infested survival: Apollodorus / Mercury would work. Mirage / Explosive Ledgerdomain Ability Range: 250+ & high Ability strength. Go to exit hopefully the downward long hallway mission exit. Make some kills in the area for ammo drops cast "Sleight of Hand" it should work.
prodi1600
I did it with saryn in hydron.
nslay
One round of ESO is how I pull this off. I use Khora to do it... and I just randomly get the achievement.
(PSN)danimaltastic
I got it done within the first couple waves of helene, saturn. Mirage with explosive ledgerman, press 2, take nap, repeat every once in a while. Don't press 2 and it takes about 3 waves to see enemies again. Thorham
Steel Path Deimos Survival. Lots of enemies that pile up quickly. Cleared it with Excalibur Umbra Exalted Blade build.
Mazifet
i got this a while by just punching corpus in a level 20 survival with atlas.
(NSW)BalticBarbarian
Granum Void. Lowest level. Pick your favourite nuker frame. New specters spawn as you are killing the previous ones
MorkiePrime
Use mirage then slith of hand then go to eso, keep cast the ability until it's done
Aazhyd
Sanctuary Onslaught with an AOE frame. Easy peasy. Or altenatively, a Survival mission. Don't kill anything, just let them clutter up to you, then do the AOE thing.
LSG501
I did it via SO with saryn.... did the 150 killed by abilities at the same time in 1 round... volt would likely work just as well.
(PSN)kite9000
There are so many ways to do this... I personally do it in my first run, go to a high level defence mission, bring a sleight of hand built Mirage, or a powerful Saryn, or any other room clearing frame (Mesa for instance, or a stompy Rhino, etc....) and just do the 5 waves. With steelpath you don't even have to wait until wave 5 to have a big bunch of enemies to show up at once.
Pinegulf
Grab a frame with pull-ability. (Khrora, Nidus, Wauban etc) Then just grab something with AOE. Grab survival or other with proper spawn rates. Bunch em up and let it rip.

NekroArts
Just got it with Maim Equinox on Pantheon, Mercury (Exterminate). If it matters I was at 185% strength, 145% range, and Peaceful Provocation augment.
(PSN)IdoThea
Use weapon with punch through maybe? Kuva Grattler works great since it has explosive rounds so basically you can just shoot through walls and kill everything. I think Void survival especially higher level has more enemies. (PSN)slightconfuzzled
Steel Path version. Personally, I go Steel Path Infested Survival, with Nidus, and just group them all together until all enemies are in one place, then combo into a Stropha Heavy Attack, and voila, NW Challenge complete.
