Wtf.....you killed Ambulas and eidolon with operator? I was only talking about regular missions like sorties.

Yeh, it was part of Tavier Corsair challenges for a fun challenge. Rules were no using pads or any gear items like ciphers etc, no using frame, if you die in operator you fail, no Magus lockdown and a few other restrictions, it was fun, something a bit different. Oh and an 18 minute time limit. I'll have to hunt around for the Ambulas vid, it was definitely the tougher run. I think the other ones were Raptor and Kela De Thaym, both Sortie, same conditions but different time limits. It's fun.

Necramechs are still technically warframes

Pretty much this.

But i would like to add something of my own understanding (and is gonna contain some spoilers)
Warframes as we know, are basically, bio drones, who once were human. Tenno use transference to pilot the Warframes. In the same fashion, Tenno also uses Transference to pilot a Necramech (same way as we saw during The War Within, when the Tenno used transference on The Golden Maw). But i been trying to kind of puzzle out where exactly the necramechs fall into the lore. We can tell they were pretty much, prototypes of Warframes, much more crude and unable to learn or adapt like a warframe can. But the Tenno were already into the equation when the Necramechs got developed? How do the Orokin controlled the Necramechs if there was no Tenno to control it?

Wow, well that was definitely amazing. I'll have to try it out sometime!

Maybe the orokin didn't know we can control them. Nor did we. We only learned to use real transference once the queens trapped us. And then we were able to control the GoldenMaw.

Or It could have been an intended restriction implemented by the orokin.

I'm fine with it. if I can't decide what frame I want to use, I can just run the mech. if my frame turns out to be a bad pick for the mode somehow, I can run the mech. still kinda want a heavy artillery frame but Voidrig scratches that itch for now.

Excuse me sir, do you have a moment to talk about Mesa ?

The early early ones were yes. They were unpredictable, mad lunatics once infused with infestation. The Warframe iterations we have currently are just infested tissue and metal and without the human element?

It's at least implied that all frames used a human base. Even if those traits were heavily repressed and any individual frame is only grown or built from fresh material, the human element is still there, just many time removed.

Also, not directly related, but there's evidence that the Tenno who bonded to the frame, could also have some affect on the frame, even retroactively. Valkyr's one example, where the extreme trauma permanently scarred the pattern that the baseline frame is cloned off, or Harrow, who's picked up Autistic 'stimming' traits from Rell. So there's also a degree of human element imprinted onto a frame.

Hey at least let console players get it before it gets shelved forever.

Wonder how long it is going to take me to slow-grind a Lavos set on Switch...

Sorry bud, but the second they allow it I'm going to live out of my necramech. Finally, I got what I thought I would have the first time I heard "warframe".

Why the hell do you want plague star? No, seriously, why? It consists of a mobile defence, a drone escort on planes, and then killing the SAME EXACT BOSS 3 TIMES IN A ROW, who is a copy-paste of an already existing boss... This was so mind numbingly boring that I couldn't stomach it at all...

imagine not knowing that we were forced to use necramechs because it was a test for gaining data about them and how they perform in the other tilesets

imagie not knowing that if De decides to make them available in every mission, we are NOT forced to use them.

Imagine a storyline where we have to use all the things we have gathered

Where Archwings connect to Mechs to allow them to fly around in space missions

Where Mechs are used to hold open fissures to another plane while Frames go in to take care of the hostiles

Where Sharkwing happens on a mission where we break the glass and flood the area

Where we can go out into space during the mission like we used to in Invasion missions to have our Orbiters drop a Mech or Archwing for use

Where the Frames finally get an Exalted mode free of the Void Demons

Where we fly into orbit on Railjacks and then do HALO jumps to the Open Worlds below; we call in the Railjack to pick us up and have to fight through the security barriers turned on around the planet

Where the work put into the Amazing Eternals is made into Ice Pirates that we first fight and then get as playable first person characters in the game with different missions

.....maybe one day.....

Give this man a #*!%ing medal!

Imagine: "can't use warframe, because reasons. Can use necramech, because reasons." How do they turn off the infestation anyway? DE can decide if they want to turn off warframes any time they add something new. "Play the way we want you to play, damn it!"

I tried the operation once, and the random necramechs are absolutely worthless, especially when compared to my warframes, but also just in general. Test? Well all DE needs to know is that they #*!%ing suck. Slow, clumsy, weak, frail = useless. No, i won't get one, and i sure as hell won't buy one with plat, and if the future hold more of this, then it's a good thing i got other games to play which i will be playing during this BS. As i said before, DE can bite me.

you lost me there, if you have any knowledge about mechs, then you should know that they are not so slow as you think.
Weak? almost 5k health, good amount of armor and shields, the only one that suffers a bit is voidrig cuz he can't autoheal himslef, BUT, with that DPM/DPS that can melt anything, survivability isn't such a big deal, not to mention that necramechs have UNLIMITED archgun ammo, that's a thing!

don't do it then, nobody is forcing you.

so, just because soemthing you don't like, gets implemented( not to mention that you're NOT even forced to use them), you quit playing warframe? ok, have fun then.

Imagine actually having to fly your Railjack to each mission node on a planet instead of selecting it from Navigation.

...Not gonna lie, I'd unironically love to do that, warp into orbit around said planet, launch down from the Railjack via a loading screen, would feel more immersive than the "fade to black>loading screen with Landing Craft" thing.

Yeah, that would require me to get one and mod it, which i won't do since deimos sucks. Also yeah, i'm not forced to use it. YET. If that changes, then as i said, it's a good thing i got other games to play. I won't loose any sleep over it since i didn't pay for anything in warframe.

Now imagine enhanced Air Support using a Railjack that portals through the mission map, dropping weapons fire or other goodies (like a mech) before vanishing (like the Dropships in POE).

From what you said your experience revolves around the damaged necramechs during the event and on Deimos. These are incredibly frail and nothing like a necramech you build and throw even a few mods into.

You don't know what you are talking about, you don't like the concept, and aren't willing to give it a try. That's fine, but don't complain about how awful they are when you haven't actually tried them.

Considering I'm not really a fan of corn, I'm not easily excited for corn on the cob gundams. Considering I also play Volt and Nezha the most I'm not easily excited for slow, weighed down gameplay. Should go smaller instead and add Smolt; a smol, faster Volt.
